About Us

“Fresh Food Restaurants was formed in 2023 to expand the Gyromania Grill concept into a franchise chain. The three existing restaurants in Coral Springs, Boca Raton, and Wellington have been operating for over 10 years and have proved to be so popular and profitable that our founder & CEO, Panagiotis Alexopoulos, decided it was time to share his formula for success with other dynamic entrepreneurs. Together with his co-founder, George Macropulos and COO, Michael Alexopoulos, they have over 70 years of cumulative experience in the food service and hospitality industries and have put together all the ingredients necessary to allow small business people from all walks of life, with even limited experience and capital, to succeed in this ever-expanding, Mediterranean restaurant business.

In its first few months, Fresh Food Restaurants LLC has already signed up three more franchisees under the Gyromania Grill brand, in North and South Florida and even one outside the state in South Carolina.

Training

The restaurant industry is highly competitive. Customers choose us because they know our food and service are among the best. We’ve created a comprehensive training program for our franchisees so that they can deliver the quality customers have come to expect from Gyromania Grill. Our training program consists of a classroom training section and an on-the-job training session to train franchisees in restaurant operations both inside and outside the kitchen. Completion of our program will grant franchisees the skills required to operate their franchise efficiently and professionally.
